This is a Cyber Cafe where you find all neat stuff. There are other cafes also besides this? But we are here to provide you best quality at the lowest rates.

But our cafe maintains a good quality for the customers. People in this area are very much understanding about the quality. Other cafes are allowing printing from Internet (Mail) free. But my dear friend how one can do this. The internet also costs something to the Cafe. How they are providing free? Is the customer want to save his money or want the quality.

This area belong to a good mentality people. The people want to save their time. So, I think this is enought to say about the customers from this area. There are good customers, who don't mind for the money. They simply want their work done and they are ready to pay handsom amount for it. And another thing the manager (Subway Cyber Cafe) noticed that people compare about the cost of one cafe with other. The manager not able to understand how they are comparing the prices and the services offer by one cafe with other cafe. Every shop is different; may be the customer is same. But every shop's rent, internet bill, and maintaince is different (expenses). Just like every house is different. Is the rent of all the houses are same. Why customer won't say about the rent of his house? or any other type of services available.

Dear Cyber Café (Internet Centre) Owners, Managers :-

This is kind request to all of you.

We are running a internet centre to give the service to the people. But you know people are not aware of how our café is running. We are here for business not for doing charity. That’s why I want to share some of my feelings with you. I come across many a thing from the customers.

The customers now want to save his money. Every person wants to save his money. But they want to give the less charges or negligible charges to us. They want with system (computer) everything should be provided free.

Can you notice the charges of our services? We are just charges from Rs.7-12 per hour for system, chair, electricity, cabin and internet connection. Besides this they want with the computer Pen-drive, CD-drive copy free. Then I think it is better to change our business to Mirchi Bujji, because there customer is not arguing much. He simply take the bujji and move away. They are not comparing the rate, or the quality. But in our business customer compares the price first then the quality or the service we are giving to him.

For this we have to get united to face the customers. When we get united no customer can do this with any Café owner, manager.

I know there is lot of competition in this business. But still I feel that the charges what we are taking from the customers are less or negligible.

In our café we are providing the facilities of Internet, Net2Phone, Webcam, Printing (Colour and B/w both), Software Installation. All our systems are of good quality and we are maintaining them. We are using latest operating system to give the best service to the customer.

I know many a café’s are giving free facility for Pen Drive / CD Drive Copy, free Printing from e-mail or internet, but my friends if we offer the services for free then the customer will getting granted for this. My friends you know customer is used to have these services free, but think from our angle, if we provide these facilities free to customer, then within no time we have to close our shops or switch to other business. Because I think every service we are proving is to be charged, we are not taking any heavy charges from the customer. The customer is doing this intentionally he is saving the internet charges or the other charges. He is simply copy the material from the internet and use the material on his system. On Pen Drive copy customer saves his CD charges, and on CD drive copy he saves the Floppy charges. Now a days every body knows floppy are less in use, and not durable also. But as far as CD or Pen Drive is concern they are more durable and run for long life.

So, my friends (café owners, managers) many a customer thinks that we are totally dependent on him, but they are wrong we both are depended on each other. They think whatever amount they give for our services we will accept. But then we have to take a bowl in our hand and sit on the road (like beggars).

There the time to update ourself and do the right things on the time.
